Dear Praying family,
I am late getting our newsletter sent out this month but I really
need to update you on the work of our team in Queretaro. As we indicated
last month we are now in Indiana for 9 months of assignments and visits
with many of you who have been praying for our team. But our team, lead
by Antonio Gonzales is doing well. They have had some salvations and new
additions to the Cristo La Roca Fiel house church. Church planters
Hermelinda and Vicente are still hosting a house church in their home
and also working in the community of Banthí with a second generation
church plant. Sergio and Janet are almost done with their year in the
Palabra de Vida Bible Institute and they will be planting churches in
the communities of La Peña and La Floresta. Lalo and Lety are still
working with their community on their first house church plant in the
community of Pedregozo. Juana Lilia is preparing to open a house church
in her home in La Rueda. As you can see the team is busy and God is
blessing so please continue to pray for the church planting efforts in
rural Queretaro.
Many of you remember Ismael’s wife Julia from the community of
Aquiles Serdan. Two weeks ago Julia asked Jesus into her heart. We
rejoiced greatly with this decision as Julia is a special person and
also a person of influence in her community. Antonia is discipling her
in her home in Aquiles.
Please pray for a young man named Julio Cesar who is in training to
plant churches with Antonio Gonzales.
Please continue to pray for Mari Cruz as she is being mentored by
Juana Lilia. Mari Cruz’s mother is a very angry lost woman who does not
like the decision her 18 year old daughter has made.
I would ask you to pray for the Jerusalen Baptist church is San Juan
del Rio as they search for a pastor.
Pray for us as we travel to re-unite with family and friends and
speak in churches as advocates for the Lost Sheep of Queretaro.
