Dear Praying family,
Thank you for your prayers for the Lost Sheep of rural Querétaro. The
Lord continues to bless the work of our team as they minister in the
villages and rural areas of Querétaro. This month Antonio is baptizing
new converts and also has opened a new house church location in San Juan
del Rio.
In Aquiles Serdan the team will conduct a Bible School type event for
the residents of the community. Just over one year ago there was
absolutely no Christian witness in this town. I am thankful for the
community transformation that has taken place in Aquiles Serdan.
In the house church Cristo La Roca Fiel our team is discipling some
new converts and planning a new church start in the community of La
Rueda where Juana Lilia lives. Please pray for this new house church
location.
Please remember to pray for the church planters in Queretaro. Ask the
Lord to send more workers into His harvest.
In the US our time has been very busy speaking and visiting with
churches in Indiana and Florida. We have spoken in 16 different churches
in our first two months. We have also had the opportunity to present the
people of Queretaro before senor’s groups and a couple AWANA groups. We
participated in a Hispanic youth camp and spoke to the young adults.
Next week we begin a week-long camp event for 3rd - 6th grade kids at
the Highland Lakes Baptist Camp. Pray for us as we minister to the kids
and tell them about missions in Queretaro. Please continue to pray for
us as we travel extensively in the next couple months.
Thank-you for your generous giving to the Cooperative Program and
other Southern Baptist missions offerings. Thank-you also for your
prayers for our team in Queretaro. Thank-you to all our special friends
who write and remember us every month.
