Dear prayer partners,
Thank-you for times you prayed this past month for the lost sheep of
Querétaro. Our team in Querétaro has baptized new converts since we left
in April and they are discipling several new house church members.
Please continue to pray for Antonio and Antonia as they guide the house
churches.
In our first four months here in the US we have spoken in 26 churches
advocating for our people. We are thankful for the opportunities we have
had to share what the Lord is doing in our people group. In our travels
right here in the Indianapolis we have ministered to several Hispanic
families with a variety of needs. In September we will conduct two
Hispanic mission conferences, one in Seymour Indiana and the other in NW
Indiana. Last week we participated in the funeral service of a member of
our former church in Hobart, Indiana. The sister will be missed but she
left a legacy of 50 years of service for the Lord.
Here are our prayer requests:
- Please pray for the church planting team in Querétaro.
- Pray for Nora, Miguel, Ismael, Francesca, Maricruz and Lalo.
- Please pray for the Hispanic conferences in September.
- Please pray for us as we travel extensively.
5. Please pray for the Mexican state of Sinaloa. We have made some
contacts with a church planter working in this area and are planning
some training for the church brothers in Los Mochis and Culiacan.
